    Working Principle

    When measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece, the instrument first puts the sensor on the workpiece to be measured.On the surface, then the starting instrument is measured, and the sensor is driven by the precision driving mechanism inside the instrument.The device glides along the measured surface for a straight line, and the sensor is measured by a built-in sharp touch needle.The roughness of the surface, when the roughness of the surface of the workpiece is measured, causes the needle to produce the displacement.The displacement changes the inductance of the inductance coil of the sensor, thus the output of the phase sensitive detector.The end produces an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness, which is amplified and level.After the conversion, the data acquisition system is entered, and the DSP chip is digital filtering for the collected data.

    KS100 Standard Pickup

    KS100 Standard Pickup, to measure most of the plane, inclined plane, cone surface, inner hole, groove and other   surface roughness, in addition to the standard sensor, other special sensors   are needed to measure the measuring platform.

    KS110 pickup for curved surface

    KS110 pickup for curved surface, to measure smooth cylindrical surface which radius is larger than 3mm, for the large radius smooth spherical surface and other surface also can obtain good approximation, need to work with platform KA520 or KA620.

    KS120 pickup for small holes

    KS120 pickup for small holes, to measure the inner surfaces of holes with radius more than 2mm, better to work with platform KA520 or KA620.

    KS131 pickup for deep grooves

    KS131 pickup for deep grooves, measure groove with width wider than 3mm and depth deeper than 10mm, or the surface roughness of step with height less than 10mm, also can used to measure the   planar, cylindrical used with platform,better to work with platform KA520 or   KA620.
